2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage is $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes, inspect products, and maintain safety standards.

Job Qualifications

ALDI Acts Competencies:
18 years of age or older.

Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic abilities, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
