2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the team at Aldi. This full-time role offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and achieve budget goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Act conscientiously, collaborate with the team, show positive attitude and resilience, drive for success, and organize and execute efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
