Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a key part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in selecting, handling, and preparing merchandise for shipment to our stores. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to quality will contribute to our overall success.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Independently perform tasks within assigned responsibilities.
• Support warehouse management in achieving goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organize and execute tasks efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
