Job Description

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst to join our team. This position involves transforming data into actionable insights, developing robust reporting and analytics, and providing essential analysis for effective risk management and business performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to core values and service standards.
• Maintaining confidentiality of member information.
• Oversight of problem loans.
• Analyzing and reporting on loan portfolio and collections, identifying trends and providing recommendations.
• Leading data management, analytics, and business intelligence for the department.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive analytical models.
• Monitoring and tracking vendor performance against metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of collections experience.
• Proficiency in software and systems like Microsoft Power BI, R, and SQL.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Project management and presentation skills.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the Senior Vice President/Account Resolutions.
