Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with residents and their families, assisting with daily living activities and individual care needs.
• Monitor residents' conditions, recommend care adjustments, and participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure residents' safety, well-being, and adherence to community policies.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences and engage residents in enriching activities.

Qualifications
