Job Description
New Era Technology is seeking an experienced Audio Visual Field Engineer to join our team of professionals. As an AV Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting AV and multimedia systems, ensuring they meet our high standards. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the installation team in setting up AV systems.
- Perform technical tasks such as wiring, labeling, and equipment installation.
- Test and troubleshoot control systems and custom AV setups.
- Train clients on using AV systems effectively.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to project deadlines.
Requirements
- Avixa CTS certification and at least four years of AV experience.
- Proficiency with audiovisual applications and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel domestically and internationally.
