Bakery Manager

Join Kennie's Market's Inc as a Bakery Manager and lead the successful operation of our Bakery Department. As the Bakery Manager, you will ensure top-quality products and exceptional customer service for all Kennie’s customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and gross profit goals for the department.
• Maintain control over supply, payroll expenses, inventory, and waste.
• Ensure correct accounting procedures are followed, including invoices, transfers, and inventories.
• Direct stocking, display, and rotation of bakery products for optimal customer appeal.
• Work with Store Manager and Bakery Specialist on merchandising, planning, and sales trends.
• Maintain department sanitation standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Supervise Bakery Department employees and carry out HR responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of related experience in bakery operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Knowledge of financial and inventory management.
