Great Strides Holdco Inc. is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Callahan, FL. As a BCBA at Great Strides Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to provide high-quality care and intervention for children aged 2-18.
Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and program oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Offer individual and small group instruction to children in clinical and community settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in psychology or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.
- Prior experience in pediatric ABA field preferred.
