Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Center Based

Salary: $82,000 - $90,000 per year + $10,000 signing bonus

Centria Autism, the largest provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide ABA therapy, function analyses, behavior acquisition, and reduction procedures. This leadership role requires supervising Behavior Technicians and developing client treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to drive compliance and retention
• Train and manage a team of Behavior Technicians
• Engage parents in ABA therapy and develop child-specific behavior plans
• Attend corporate meetings and training sessions
• Assist staff in obtaining certifications and promote company values
