Caregiver

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join Sunrise Senior Living, where you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to the residents' well-being.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with seniors and their families by providing care and assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, advocating for necessary adjustments in care.
• Facilitate life skills and enriching activities based on residents' profiles.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a positive attitude and flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required.
• Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
