Job Description

Join Sunrise Senior Living as a Caregiver and provide top-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. The role involves building meaningful relationships with seniors, assisting with daily living activities, and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to a designated group of residents, attending to their individual care needs.
• Collaborate with the community team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a positive resident experience.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and updating them monthly.
• Create engaging and enriching activities for residents based on their unique preferences and life enriching activities.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion to serve seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma/GED and relevant certifications as per state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to make informed decisions in the residents' best interest.
