Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide quality care and support to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Join us in brightening the lives of seniors and making a difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
