Job Description

Join REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, as a Caregiver. We provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, offering a fulfilling career where you can truly make a difference. We have full-time and part-time caregiver positions available in Galesville, WI, Holmen, WI, Onalaska, WI, and West Salem, WI with a pay range of $14.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
• Support people with various challenges including intellectual disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral issues.
• Build meaningful relationships and assist with daily activities.
• Promote community involvement and facilitate developmental goals.

Requirements

• No High School Diploma required.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Key skills include communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time management.
• Must exhibit traits of patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
• Driver's license preferred but not required.
