Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. As a Caregiver, you will build meaningful relationships, assist with activities of daily living, and contribute to the well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with seniors and their families, providing assistance and individualized care.
• Notify management of changes in residents' conditions and recommend appropriate care adjustments.
• Participate in developing Individualized Service Plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide excellent dining service.
• Engage residents in life enrichment activities and uphold Sunrise's Principles of Services.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to act in residents' best interests and make sound decisions.
