Caregiver CHHA CNA

Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver (CHHA/CNA) to join our team. As a Care Manager, you will provide personalized care and assistance to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. This is a part-time position for evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with daily activities and individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
• Enhance residents' lives through engaging activities and experiences.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service.
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications may be required.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
