As the Child Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a high-performing team dedicated to the well-being and safety of the children of our members and guests. You will create a welcoming and entertaining environment, manage staffing and training, uphold KidCare standards, and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the KidCare center. Operational Responsibilities

• Support staffing and training for Child Care Attendants (CCA).
• Uphold KidCare standards by ensuring everyone feels welcome and engaged.

Leadership Responsibilities
