Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Business Team Lead to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a lead in our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales, exploring revenue opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships. Your role will involve providing leadership to team members, managing business relations with retailers, and executing strategic plans to promote brand activation and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and be accountable for all retailer P&L controllable items.
  • Provide leadership to team members and cultivate a positive team environment.
  • Manage business relations with retailers and evaluate team performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
  • Execute strategic plans for clients' brands within the defined region.
  • Communicate with clients and customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Sell additional services to clients based on insights and performance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 10+ years of CPG industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation, and communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel within the US for meetings as needed.
