Sevita, a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care, is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live fulfilling lives and participate in their communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving their developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Build meaningful relationships and create a supportive environment for participants.
• Help individuals be active members of the community and engage in enjoyable activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
