Equipment Operator - Mechanic

Job Description

Wysocki Family Companies is looking for an experienced Equipment Operator - Mechanic to join our team at the Eagle River Seed Farm location in Eagle River, WI. As an Equipment Operator - Mechanic, you will provide maintenance support for various agricultural operating equipment, such as tractors, trucks, and conveyors, ensuring efficient operations during planting, cultivation, harvest, and the winter season. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing agricultural equipment, contributing to various farm tasks like record keeping, snow removal, and building maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Three years+ field/maintenance and equipment operation experience
• Mechanic experience with agricultural equipment
• Knowledge of tools, welding skills, and basic Electrical
• Driver’s License with an Acceptable Driving Record
• Pesticide License within 3-6 months of hire
