Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.

- Manage inventory, food, and beverage costs, as well as equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and maintain high-quality standards.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain a focus on excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in restaurant management is essential.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with restaurant technology and software such as TOAST, YELP, and OpenTable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
