Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory, food, and beverage costs, as well as equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with chefs to develop menus and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain a focus on excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in restaurant management is essential.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant technology and software such as TOAST, YELP, and OpenTable.
