Hampton Inn Virginia Beach-Oceanfront North is looking for a dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. This role involves assisting guests with inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and addressing any issues that may arise during their stay.

Responsibilities
