We are looking for a skilled Kitchen Cook to join our team at Hornblower - City Experiences in Norfolk, VA. As a Kitchen Cook, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high levels of quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction to ensure a memorable dining experience onboard our cruises. Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen operations during cruises to meet quality and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, train, and schedule kitchen staff.
• Ensure effective execution of each cruise, resolving guest service issues promptly.
• Participate in cost control, inventory management, and purchasing processes.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of food preparation and safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
• 1+ year of kitchen staff management experience.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in demanding conditions and lift up to 200 lbs.
