Lead Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Using hand tools to perform maintenance on production machinery.
• Ensuring food safety and quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Responding to maintenance-related calls from other departments and documenting daily work assigned.
• Troubleshooting equipment, documenting usage of parts, and maintaining inventory.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Physical ability to perform job duties safely, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, climbing, and working in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions on production equipment.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1 year previous production or maintenance experience, meat processing experience, and food handling experience.
