Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the PT's supervision.
• Assist in patient assessment and referral to appropriate rehabilitation programs.
• Accurately document patient progress and obtain necessary approvals.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements and state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
• Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the applicable state.
