Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Assist in patient assessment and rehabilitation planning.
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state practice guidelines and obtain necessary medical orders.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Hold a current state license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
