Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at At Home Therapies. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Assist in identifying and referring appropriate patients for rehabilitation services.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment procedures.
- Obtain necessary medical orders for treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college with an A.S. in Physical Therapist Assistant recognized by the APTA.
- Hold a current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
