Job Description

We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Mon through Friday 2pm to 10pm shift at Charter Senior Living of Panama City Beach. As an LPN, you will be responsible for safely administering medications and treatments to residents, ensuring their well-being in a professional and caring manner.

Responsibilities

• Document resident information accurately on 24-hour communication reports.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and notify management of any changes in condition.
• Assist with medication records, cycle fill, and re-ordering.
• Monitor medication deliveries from the pharmacy and address any discrepancies promptly.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the appropriate state.
• Comfortable working with the elderly population.
• Proficiency in English and willingness to attend monthly in-services and maintain CPR certification.
• Background check required for employment.
