Manager, Enterprise Security

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Manager of Enterprise Security to join Flexential. As the Manager of Enterprise Security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our sites, assets, personnel, and customers by overseeing security services, implementing industry best practices, and managing physical security systems. Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Manage inhouse and contracted security staff and contracts.
• Act as a security subject matter expert and Flexential representative for interactions with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
• Manage security operations budgets and monitor expenses.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security officers and guards.
• Manage configuration of physical security systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to meet required standards.
• Travel as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners for security requirements in projects.
• Improve internal processes and workflows for Enterprise Security.
• Educate teammates and partners on security risks, vulnerabilities, and policies.
• Participate in Incident Management during system outages.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing people, projects, and processes.
• Experience with low voltage systems, access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
• Ability to read and understand site plans, blueprints, and system schematics.
• Familiarity with networking, switch configuration, and firewall principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Genetec Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7-10 years of project management experience in a multi-location environment.
• Experience with electrified and mechanical locking mechanisms, network design, and Genetec systems.
• Certifications in IT hardware/software, ASIS Certification, and familiarity with Service Now.
• 3-5 years of experience with access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods, walk or stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and engage in moderate keyboard usage.
• Limited travel may be required.

• Competitive Base Pay Range: $116,800 - $128,152 (Actual pay depends on experience and qualifications).
• Discretionary Variable Pay based on personal and company performance.
