Job Purpose

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our office, from patient intake to care delivery. You will provide stellar customer service, support patient care, and perform routine medical procedures under supervision in an outpatient clinical setting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated on office policies and procedures.
• Obtain patient histories and maintain charts.
• Communicate normal test results to patients.
• Ensure cleanliness in work areas and exam rooms.
• Perform routine procedures like EKGs, immunizations, and dressing changes.
• Maintain exam room supplies and practice safety measures.
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations.
• Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical training preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
