Job Description
At Sunrise Senior Living, we are currently seeking caring individuals to join our team as Nursing Assistants. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to seniors in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. Your responsibilities include building relationships with residents, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents during the shift.
- Assist with life skills and enriching activities for residents.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions in the residents' best interest.
