Production Operator

Job Description

Newco Enterprises Inc. is currently seeking a Production Operator to join our team in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, and electrical equipment according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and documentation for accurate production.
• Utilize various machines and hand tools to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain production logs, reports, and ensure product quality standards.
• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Manage inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and place orders as required.

Requirements

• Prior production or assembly experience preferred.
• Proficiency with small hand tools and excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to troubleshoot and pay attention to detail.
• Aptitude for differentiating between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
• Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Commitment to safety practices and compliance with PPE requirements.
