Radiology Technician ($5,000 Sign On Bonus)

Job Description

Join Meade District Hospital as a Radiology Technician and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a one-year contract. As a full-time position, you will work 36-40 hours per week with the flexibility to choose between 4 x 10's, 3 x 12's, or 5 x 8's schedules. You will be part of a call rotation with two other Radiology Techs.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of radiographic procedures under the direction of the Director of Radiology.
• Coordinate radiographic services with radiologists and physicians.
• Ensure patient safety and mental well-being during procedures.
• Maintain radiology equipment and stay informed of new procedures and modalities.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for registry exam by ARRT.
• Must live within a ½ hour from work for on-call responsibilities.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups.
• Active CPR certification and adherence to CEU requirements.
