Job Description

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Supervisor to join Shake Shack, a modern 'roadside' burger stand known for its classic burgers, fries, and more. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety protocols.
• Lead and develop the hourly team.
• Manage support functions such as payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain facility standards while upholding hospitality values.
• Assist the GM in employee relations and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Ability to train others and drive a culture of hospitality.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.
