Retail Merchandiser

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser to join our team at CROSSMARK. As a Reset Merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and rearranging store products according to a new planogram. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that store resets are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform store tasks in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
• Report completed retail tasks accurately and promptly.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, promotions, and sales activities.
• Implement retail schematics and merchandising materials as assigned.
• Participate in team tasks onsite with clients.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and responsibilities.
• Complete reporting of recaps, expense reports, timesheets, etc., accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Prior retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a Personal Computer and common software applications.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
• Access to reliable transportation and necessary tools.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving for business purposes.
• Ability to work in a retail store environment with flexibility in schedule.
