RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee and manage retail merchandising, reset, remodel projects, and sales activities in our designated territory at CROSSMARK. The successful candidate will lead a team to ensure the efficient execution of projects, meet client expectations, and maintain quality service delivery. This role involves hands-on involvement to guarantee projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a team to execute projects to the highest standards.
• Conduct in-store audits to maintain quality execution and meet client requirements.
• Direct project work, including understanding planograms, setting up fixtures, and coordinating merchandising activities.
• Plan project strategies, allocate resources, and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project completion.
• Communicate project expectations to team members and clients, assess team performance, and provide feedback.
• Engage in effective communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using technology and software tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior supervisory experience with a team size ranging from 10 to 100 employees.

Working Conditions

• Office and field environment with extensive local travel.
• Physical abilities to lift and move items, stand, walk, and drive as required.
• Effective English language skills; bilingual abilities may be necessary based on business needs.
