RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Job Description

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to oversee retail merchandising, reset, remodel projects, and sales activities within a designated territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high-quality execution to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, train, and engage a team to deliver projects to client standards.
• Conduct audits and assist with project completion to ensure quality execution.
• Direct and support project work, including understanding planograms and operating equipment.
• Organize project techniques, equipment, and schedules, and adjust plans as needed.
• Set and communicate project expectations, evaluate team performance, and provide feedback for improvement.
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members, utilizing technology tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related retail experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Supervisory experience with a team of 10-100 employees.

Working Conditions

This position entails office and field work with extensive local travel. The role requires physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, and driving. Bilingual skills may be necessary based on business needs.
