Job Description

Cassia, a nonprofit organization with over 200 years of experience in caring for those in need, is seeking an RN, Director of Health Services (DHS) to join the clinical team at Meadowview of Davenport in Davenport, Iowa. As the Director of Health Services, you will lead a clinical team to provide exceptional care to residents in independent living, assisted living, and memory care units. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Complete initial assessments for potential residents.
• Oversee nursing care for assisted living residents.
• Create individual Care Plans for residents.
• Advocate for residents' rights and communicate with healthcare providers and families.
• Manage budget, medications, staffing, and training within the nursing department.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in Iowa.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
