RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide 1:1 care for trach/vent reliant pediatric clients in Puyallup and Graham at Alliance Nursing. As a member of our team, you will deliver critical nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, ensuring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions are provided effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to patients following the nursing process: assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
• Interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members professionally and compassionately.
• Demonstrate exceptional assessment skills and quick response to changes in patient condition.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Current Multi-State License from a Compact State is a plus.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
