Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse to join our team at Juliette Manor in Berlin, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide specialized and evidence-based nursing care across the continuum, contributing to the department's goals through compassionate and safe practices. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, collaborating with the inter-professional team, promoting quality care, and fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin RN Licensure.
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move freely and lift up to Fifty (50) pounds.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens may occur.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required for patient care procedures.

Work Environment

• Exposure to sharp objects, mechanical parts, and occasional noise.
• Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials.
• Contact with aggressive or combative patients may occur.
