Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience and a global presence. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and analyzing variances, ensuring the financial efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan for better cost management.
• Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Develop and manage annual budget for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with at least ten years of related experience.
• Cost Accounting and Cost Management expertise is essential. CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is required for coordinating with the Japanese team.
