Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a rich history of over 75 years. As part of our innovative and dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs and contributing to the company's financial success.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and work with Japan to enhance cost management.
- Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory processes.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and collaborate with departments for successful execution.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for labor and other costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
- CPA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in Japanese.
