Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is seeking a motivated Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing cost accounting, analyzing variances, managing production costs using CADIOS, and collaborating with our team in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Analyze material transactions and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and tracking.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify post-implementation.
• Contribute to budget planning by developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• Fluency in Japanese is essential.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a significant advantage.
