Job Description
We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team at Cella. As a crucial member of our design initiatives, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft user experiences that delight our customers.
Your role will involve leading design projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, conducting research, creating prototypes, and working closely with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional products.
This 6-month hybrid contract position requires on-site presence in Wilmington, DE, enhancing the intersection of finance and technology to shape cutting-edge solutions impacting the financial industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects for Cash & Check products.
- Set the vision for user experience and foster collaboration.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Create prototypes and storyboards to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver final products.
- Iterate designs based on feedback, tech constraints, and business needs.
- Optimize user experience for usability and visual design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCD Interaction, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Figjam, and Miro.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
