Senior Software Development Engineer - AWS Cryptography , C3P

Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Software Development Engineer to join the AWS Cryptography team at Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. As part of the Protocols, Algorithms, and Libraries (PAL) team, you will play a crucial role in developing secure, user-friendly encryption tools and libraries to protect sensitive data for AWS customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete software development lifecycle for AWS Cryptography features.
• Operate AWS business with globally distributed servers and customers.
• Deliver foundational libraries using C and Rust for highly secure AWS services.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience in leading design or architecture of systems.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full software development lifecycle experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
