We are currently seeking a dedicated Technician In Charge to join our team, specifically serving the Cleveland, MO School District. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and performing maintenance on our school bus fleet.

Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians in the shop
- Schedule and perform maintenance on the school bus fleet
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex vehicle problems
- Maintain service and repair records
Requirements
- Valid driver's license; willingness to obtain CDL (we provide training)
- Minimum 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance experience
- Previous experience in a lead technician or supervisory role preferred
- Mechanic's tool set required
- Willingness to participate in ASE certification program
