Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at the International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, completing financial transactions, opening accounts, and promoting our financial products and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with a range of banking services including account openings, loan payments, wire transactions, and more.
- Cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and enhance their banking experience.
- Meet and exceed sales and referral goals to support branch growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and procedures to maintain a secure and efficient banking environment.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
