Job Description
We are seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our team at Cella, a leading pharmaceutical company based in New York, New York. This is a contract position with a competitive hourly compensation range of $73 - $78.
As a UX Researcher, you will be a key player in improving our workplace environment and culture by conducting in-depth research to understand employee needs, behaviors, and satisfaction levels. Using a variety of research methods, you will drive the design and implementation of initiatives focused on enhancing the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to gather insights on employee satisfaction and engagement.
- Analyze and synthesize research data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the employee experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of employee personas and journey maps to guide experience design initiatives.
- Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies impacting employee experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX Research.
- Proficiency in user research platforms and survey tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present data effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain participant engagement.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
