Mount Prospect Academy is seeking compassionate and dedicated Residential Youth Counselors/Direct Care Behavioral Health Professionals to join our team in Pike, NH. Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Implement social/recreational activities and involve residents in programming.
• Deliver direct services including daily living skills, meal preparation, and recreational activities.
• Refine students' social skills and coping mechanisms through positive relationships.
• Facilitate meaningful programming and residential routine.
• Participate in staff meetings and document service delivery effectively.
• Opportunities for career growth and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license preferred & 21+ years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Satisfactory background and pre-employment checks required.
