Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team on a full-time basis. The role offers an average of 30-35 hours per week, with a starting wage of $21.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and relocating merchandise, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership. Furthermore, you will assist in achieving budgeted goals and maintaining warehouse appearance standards and safety requirements


  • Select and receive incoming stock
  • Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
  • Sort, organize, and load merchandise
  • Perform general cleaning duties
  • Participate in-taking warehouse inventory counts
  • Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership
  • Provide input to warehouse management to improve processes
  • Inspect product and consult with management regarding quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues
  • Act and decide independently within the delegated area of responsibility
  • Assist warehouse management in achieving budgeted goals

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets at various heights

Move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare products for store deliveries

Sit, stand, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse

Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, including outdoor and refrigerator/freezer environments

Safely and properly operate powered industrial equipment
