Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join their team. The role involves efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. The position requires effective communication with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance processes and achieve budgeted goals. Warehouse organization, quality inspection, and adherence to safety guidelines are essential responsibilities for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
  • Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
  • Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
  • Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
  • Participate in taking warehouse inventory counts.
  • Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
  • Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
  • Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies.
  • Operate equipment safely and perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
